PHPN Network app – How can i delete my account and associated data created on PHPN Network app?

The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our”/”Company” individually and collectively refer to PHPN Network android application and the terms “You” /”Your” / “Yourself” refer to the users.

This document is published and shall be construed in accordance with the requirement of play store policy to allow user of PHPN app to delete their account and the steps to explain users to delete all the data viz name, mobile number, profile photo, blood group, address, user generated content and all the related information.

For your easy explanation, please read below common questions and its answer. Then we will explain you steps in the app to delete your data.

Question 1: What are the mandatory data required to enter for login of PHPN Network app?

Answer: If you want to use PHPN Network app, then you must have to enter following data for login of PHPN Network app;

Name, Phone number, state, City, Geo-location, blood group, Sex, and Profile Photo.

Question 2: Why above data are required to enter?

Answer: PHPN Network is a social network of volunteers and NGO and it is necessary to have your basic identity for this purpose. As well as this basic information are required for use of PHPN app.

Question 3: What are the other data which I need to provide for use PHPN App?

Answer : Other data which are necessary, but not mandatory are following; Birthdate, email ID, education, home town, emergency contact number etc. Other than this information, you may also need to provide your device location while using some of the feature of PHPN app only if you want to use that feature like Personal safety, Medical emergency, Women safety and to find nearby blood donors.

Question 4 : Can i delete my account and all associated data that i have entered during use of PHPN Network app?

Answer: Yes, you can delete all this data. We will show you how you can delete it. All the personal data associated with your account that you have entered during use of this app will be deleted completely within 7 days. We will not keep any information of your account in our database.

Question 5: How can I delete my app account and associated data?

Answer : Sure. here are step by step simple In-app path to explain you how to delete your data and account.

Step 1: Open PHPN app

Step 2: Click on Drawer or Menu, ie 3 lines symbol that you can see on upper left corner of the home page of app

Step 3: Now you will see a last option with title “Delete account”. Click on it.

Step 4: A new page will be opened. You will be asked for your surety to delete your account. An email ID is also given at that page, in case if you have any confusion.

Step5: Once you click on “Delete”. We will check your account information and will delete all the associated data and account within 7 days.
